The mission of the NPi is: the professionalization of physiotherapists, remedial therapists, occupational therapists and other (paramedical) professionals in health care. Because of this primary focus, the slogan of the NPi was chosen: Knowledge in motion. The NPi wants to be the leading knowledge center; in other words, the knowledge center that physiotherapists, remedial therapists, occupational therapists and other (paramedical) professionals think of first when it comes to the promotion of expertise, information provision, practice-oriented research and innovations. Optimal service to the paramedic is central to this.
