Dear friends, members and colleagues,

It is with great regret we announce that as a result of the continuation and escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic both within the EU and worldwide, the decision has been made to postpone the fourth International Congress on Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair due to be held in Maastricht on the 26th to 28th May 2021.

This action is not being undertaken lightly. We have been closely monitoring the developing situation and with restrictions now in place in many countries, there can be few if any of our delegates whose lives and work are not being altered by the crisis in some way. With the degree of uncertainty over the likely timescale of required actions to combat the disease it is very difficult to know what our world will look like over the coming months. Our priority as an organisation is to protect the health and wellbeing of our members and delegates both locally and around the world, and to show the very greatest respect for those most affected.

By postponement of the conference until 2023, the extraordinary efforts made so far by the Organising and Scientific Committees will come to fruition in a fantastic event held in a safer and happier time. We are most grateful for your understanding in this matter, and we very much hope to see many of you there.

On behalf of the DSNR, BSNR, DGNKN and ACPIN Congress Committees, we wish you a warm welcome at the 3rd International Congress on Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair in Maastricht.
